Use an incline bench or smith machine to support your weight. Bend your elbows to lower yourself down & keep the elbows tucked in. The closer you bring your forehead towards your palms, the more intense the exercise

If you want to grow, get stronger, or retain muscle when cutting to get lean, your focus should be progressively load the muscle with the exercises you do consistently incorporated into your workout program.
